The central government on Monday decided that there will be no extra charges levied on transactions made via cards at petrol pumps. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Minister of State for Petroleum asserted that Consumers would not pay extra for digital transactions, and no burden on retail fuel outlets as well. This comes after petrol pump owners threatened to stop accepting cards.
