The plenary meeting of the Nuclear Suppliers Group ended in Seoul on Friday with no decision being taken on India’s membership. China’s lead negotiator said the anti-proliferation group was divided on the issue of admitting members who have not signed the Non-Proliferation Treaty, including India. However, Indian officials said at least 32 of the 48 nations supported India's membership.
