Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday gave his speech on the 31st edition of his monthly radio broadcast 'Mann Ki Baat'. Talking about the move to remove red beacons from VIP vehicles, he stressed on the need to get rid of the VIP culture from people's minds. Modi added that India is changing from VIP to EPI (Every person is Important) culture.
