Congress leader and former MP Mani Shankar Aiyar has reportedly said that there is a need to bring change in the leadership of Congress party. He also reportedly added that the place of the party in the politics of the country is going down. Congress should forge the "rainbow coalition" model of UPA which came to power twice, he reportedly stated.
