With several universities in Tamil Nadu functioning without Vice Chancellors, the state Higher Education Department officials have reportedly said that the names for Vice Chancellors to Anna University, Madras University and Madurai Kamaraj University were zeroed in. The names were reportedly sent to state Governor C Vidyasagar Rao.
