Following his appointment as the new Tata Sons Chairman, N Chandrasekaran said that the position he will be taking over requires several leadership qualities and he will grow into the role over a period. Further, he thanked everyone for the 'tremendous support,' stating that he will take over the key position on February 21. Notably, Chandrasekaran is the first non-Parsi chairman in the company’s history.
