Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday accused PM Narendra Modi and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal of wasting the time of people of the national capital and the country. Rahul during the party’s campaign for the MCD polls blamed Modi and Kejriwal of running individual-centric governments and causing losses to the country.  Further, he claimed that Congress governments echoed the voice of every countryman.
