In a bid to encourage more consumers to come forward and share their data usage experience, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is in the process of enabling mobile phone users to check their data speeds at no extra cost and share the findings with the regulator. According to reports, the regulator will soon ask telecom operators to create a URL which their respective subscribers can use to check data speeds.
