A Telangana state party MLA has reportedly referred to Rio Silver medalist PV Sindhu as a volleyball player. According to reports, Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, at an event in Telangana, said that the people of the state are thankful to the volleyball player PV Sindhu, who represented Hyderabad on an international platform. Notably, PV Sindhu, whose parents are volleyball players, was also present at the event.
