Speaking about the grant of an emergency ordinance to amend the PCA Act and lift the ban on Jallikattu, Minister for School Education and Sports and Youth Welfare, Ma Foi K Pandiarajan, on Saturday asserted that was a victory for the youth movement in Tamil Nadu. He also urged people to not worry about the temporary ban lift and reportedly assured that Jallikattu would be held permanently.
