Snubbing the strict Saudi Arabia dress code, German Chancellor Angela Merkel arrived in the country without a headscarf for talks with the oil-rich kingdom's monarch King Salman. Merkel also chose not to cover her hair or wear a traditional flowing black robe. She was greeted by King Salman and other top officials upon her arrival at Jeddah, say reports.
