According to reports, students from Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Engineering College are staging protests in front of Anna University in Chennai seeking action against those who allegedly attacked a final-year student. Students alleged that goondas in their college threaten the faculty and the students as well. The students had covered their faces alleging that revealing their identity would endanger their lives.
