Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman has reportedly said that Maneka Gandhi, Union Minister for Women and Child Development, did not file any plea against Jallikattu. She also added that the news spreading in media about Maneka Gandhi filing plea is wrong.
