According to reports, the father and a brother of suspected Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi have been detained in the Libyan capital, Tripoli on Wednesday. The Special Deterrence Force had reported that Salman Abedi had admitted that his brother had links with Islamic State. He also reportedly admitted to being in the U.K. at the time the Manchester attack was planned.
