An unidentified man was seen sneaking into the ladies’ hostel premises of a Bengaluru women’s college and stealing the innerwears that were left for drying. The CCTV footage shows the man strutting around the laundry section of the campus stealing and wearing lingerie. The college principal called him a “psycho” and added that a case has been filed in this regard.
