The Madras high court on Monday reportedly asked for the property details registered on the land carved out of the  Pallikaranai marshland. Other than the names of the property owners, HC has also asked for the names of the registrars who registered them. Pallikaranai is a critically endangered marshland in southern Chennai which is shrinking at breakneck speed.
