According to reports, first-ever evidence of live birth has been found by the researchers studying the fossil of a dinosaur-like animal in an animal group previously thought to only lay eggs. The 250 million-year-old animal’s fossil revealed that it was carrying an embryo. The new fossil was an unusual, long-necked marine animal called an archosauromorph, a researcher reportedly said.
