1 - Caffeine
According to studies, tea contains more caffeine than coffee, but when brewed the caffeine content in coffee increases. Caffeine is technically not bad for health, but excessive consumption can lead to troubles in sleeping patterns and anxiety. So, as far as caffeine is concerned, tea is a better option.
2 - Antioxidants
Tea is loaded with antioxidants that help in detoxifying the body and fighting various types of diseases. Coffee also contains antioxidants but very less compared to tea. If you are someone looking to add more antioxidants to your body, go for tea.
3 - Quantity
You can have up to 5 cups of tea and 3 cups of coffee per day. But, remember that coffee contains almost double the amount of caffeine than tea and consuming it a lot can result in health issues.
4 - Weightloss
If you are someone trying to lose your weight, we suggest green tea. It contains almost zero calories which help in boosting your metabolism and improve your body's ability to burn fats. On the other hand, coffee also speeds your metabolism, but not that much that it helps in reducing your weight.
