In a setback to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Thursday reportedly rejected Kejriwal’s demand to use paper ballot system instead of Electronic Voting Machines in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi elections. Rules will have to be amended for scrapping the use of EVMs and it was not possible to make the changes at such short notice, Baijal said.
