Aditya Birla Group chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla may head the new telecom entity if Vodafone and Idea merger is realised, suggest reports. Reportedly, two persons familiar with the negotiations between two telecom companies said that the board may have 12 directors, three from either side and six independent ones. However, an Aditya Birla Group spokesperson reportedly said that any talk of appointments is premature.
