According to reports, M Vincent, Kerala Congress assembly member allegedly stalked a 51-year-old woman and harassed her over the phone for several months. The woman from Kerala’s Balaramapuram was upset and frustrated over harassment and allegedly attempted suicide by overdosing on pills. Notably, The police have charged M Vincent for abetment to suicide.
