Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has criticised the PM Modi-led government’s decision to impose curtailment on cattle trade. Stating that the decision affects the livelihood of many, Vijayan wrote to Modi seeking him to repeal the rules. Further, he slammed the BJP government for acting on its own and not consulting the states before imposing such a rule.
