Former England international and Chelsea skipper John Terry on Monday announced that he would leave the club at the end of the season. With 713 appearances, 578 as captain, Terry has spent 19 years at the club, making his debut at 1998. Terry is Chelsea’s most decorated player with four Premier League titles one Champions League, five FA Cups, a Europa League and three League Cups.
