Reliance Jio has reportedly digitised the process of SIM suspension, which was earlier done either through calling up customer care or visiting a Jio store. To suspend a Jio SIM, the user must sign up or log into the account on the Jio website and enter the settings tab under ‘My Account’. The user must click on the suspend option and choose either SIM lost or SIM damage option to suspend the Jio connection.
