Janata Dal-United general secretary KC Tyagi has reportedly announced that the party would not contest the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly election. According to reports, Tyagi said that the party has decided not contest in the poll, as there is no broad political coalition like Bihar in UP. Notably, the UP election starts on February 11.
