Arriving at the Chennai airport, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam has reportedly said that the ordinance is expected to be sent to President on Friday evening, after getting approval from Home Ministry, Environment Ministry and Forest Ministry. He also announced that Jallikattu will take place in Tamil Nadu in one or two days and hinted that  he might inaugurate the sport.
