Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao has reportedly said that the emergency ordinance promulgated by the state government for the conduct of Jallikattu is a victory for entire Tamil Nadu. According to reports, Rao, while addressing the TN assembly, also added that the government would take all necessary steps to conduct the sporting event.
