In Spite of protests all over the state to amend PCA act, State Minister Vijayabaskar has reportedly opened the vadi vasal and started the Jallikattu event in Rapoosal village in Pudukottai, on Sunday. Notably, earlier the event, planned to be conducted by the state government, in Alanganallur was called off.
