Organisers have reportedly conducted Jallikattu in Palamedu area of Madurai on Sunday. According to reports, the organisers, while protesting against the Jallikatu ban, released the Jallikattu bulls and the bull wranglers followed them, with the presence of police personnel, defying the apex court order. Notably, the police later conducted lathi-charge on the people who protested.
