The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has reportedly joined with a private consortium led by Alpha Design Technologies, Bengaluru to build a full multi-crore heavy duty satellite. This is the first time ISRO has joined hands with a private company for developing its satellite. According to reports, ISRO is planning to launch this satellite in the next six months.
