ISI funds stone-pelters in Kashmir: Military report

A report presented by the Army intelligence on Tuesday claims that the stone-pelters arrested during the April 9 by-elections were financed by the Pakistani spy agency, ISI. Notably, the violence during the poll left eight civilian dead and over 100 security personnel injured. The Hizbul Mujahideen commander Zakir Rashid Bhatt also issued warnings to the locals voting in the by-poll.
