Responding to Sasikala’s claim of him laughing together with opposition leader MK Stalin, Chief Minister O Panneerselvam hit back at Sasikala, asking whether laughing or smiling together with Stalin is a crime. Further, he also asserted that it is human nature and courtesy to share a courteous laugh or smile at another person’s face and that a person cannot laugh within themselves.
