The autopsy conducted at the Goa Medical College and Hospital has confirmed that Danielle McLaughlin, the Irish woman, was raped and later strangulated in Goa. As a result, murder accused Vikat Bhagat has now been booked under additional charges of rape as well. The crime was committed by one person, and it was not a gangrape, the police reportedly said.
