Popular photo-sharing application, Instagram is reportedly testing its offline feature. The feature is scheduled to be unveiled at Facebook's upcoming F8 developer conference. This feature is expected to be made available only for users living in countries with low bandwidth like India. Instagram currently has over 600 million users.
