Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka's annual compensation has dropped by 40%, following the poor performance of the company in the March quarter. The first non-founder CEO of the company received only $6.7 million for the last fiscal, instead of $11 million that included variable pay based on performance targets. Some senior executives also got only half of their variable pay, say reports.
