A study made by management consultancy firm KPMG India has revealed that nearly 70% of Indians consider local language digital content more reliable than English content. Notably, the Indian language user base grew from 42 million in 2011 to 234 million in 2016. Other than that, the same user base is expected to grow at a rate of 18%.
