Mubeen Ahmed, a 26-year-old student from Telangana, has been shot in California, US. Mubeen who is currently pursuing his MS degree from California University was reportedly shot outside his part-time workplace. According to reports, Mubeen has been admitted to the hospital in a "critical and unconscious" state.
