UPSC 2021 exam results released today. Shruti Sharma, a student from Uttar Pradesh, topped the list in India.

The selection for the civil service IAS and IPS is conducted by the Central Public Service Commission. In that regard, the written exams for 2021 were held in January this year and the interview was held in April-May. The results of this examination have been released today by the Central Public Service Commission. Shruti Sharma, a student from Uttar Pradesh, topped the All India list.
Shruti Sharma
Shruti hails from Uttar Pradesh and currently resides in Delhi. She is the famous alumnee of St.Stephen's College. Post then she has been pursuing postgraduate studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University and has also been training for civil service. She then went on to study for the UPSC exams at a private training center and is currently ranked number one in India.
Speaking on the occasion, Shruti Sharma, who has been studying for the UPSC exams for four years, happily said, "I thank those who supported me on my journey, especially my parents. They have always been by my side."
Women in the top three places
In the UPSC results released today, women have secured the first three places. Shruti Sharma topped the list, followed by Ankita Agarwal and Gamini Singla. Swathisree from Tamil Nadu is ranked 42nd in India in this examination.
Congratulations Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the winners of the Indian Civil Service Examination. On this, he wrote on his Twitter page, "My congratulations to the young people who are about to start their administrative careers, especially at this time when India is at a critical juncture in its development and we are celebrating the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahatsav' (75th Independence Day)."
