Udita Paul is from Bangalore. She is a co-founder of a private company. Her parents were looking for a groom and thus had posted her profile on a private matrimonial site. Udita looked at the details of a young man whom her father had sent, she had expressed interest and asked him to attend an interview. Knowing this, Udita's father suddenly pinged her on WhatsApp, "Do not hire anyone through matrimony." Udita took a screenshot of this WhatsApp conversation and posted it on her Twitter page, which is currently going viral.
Paul also wrote another post following that. In it, she stated that the young man was being paid Rs 62 lakh per year and that her company could not pay that much. Paul also mentioned that her father told her to delete her profile on the Matrimony site.
The action of a young woman entrepreneur who tried to interview a young man through matrimony sites has shocked many.
