Messaging app WhatsApp reportedly said that India would play a crucial role for the product on solutions to enable businesses to use its platform to connect with consumers. WhatsApp will test tools that allow users to communicate with businesses and organizations like banks and airlines through its platform. India is the biggest market for WhatsApp as it has about 200 million users in India.
