According to reports, India is mulling over offering Akash surface-to-air missiles systems to Vietnam. India has reportedly allowed a top Vietnam envoy to visit under-construction aircraft carrier, ahead of of the visit of Vietnam’s defence minister. The move comes in the wake of China increasing its defence footprint in South Asia.
