YOUTHS IN KOLKATA OFFER FREE HUGS WHERE COUPLE WAS ATTACKED FOR HUGGING

After a couple was attacked in the Dum Dum metro station in Kolkata on Monday for hugging in the station, protests were sprouting in the city over the last two days.

While a group of youngsters offered ‘free hugs’ outside the metro station to support the couple, others criticized the passengers who moral policed.

A similar protest was held at the Tollygunge station on Wednesday too. The couple was assaulted after co-passengers raised objections.
