Youth arrested for harassing girl via email.

A 19-year-old student in Hyderabad going by the name of P Tilak Manikanta has been arrested for harassing a girl through emails.

The accused who confessed to the crime, was fined Rs 50 and made to undergo four days of imprisonment.
