KARNATAKA ASSEMBLY ELECTION: BJP CANDIDATE STAKES CLAIM TO BECOME CM

Amid the growing confusions in Karnataka assembly elections, the BJP candidate Yeddyurappa met the Karnataka Governor Vajhubai Vala on Wednesday.
He said, “The party has chosen me. I have given the letter to the governor and he will call me, that is what I am hoping. He told me that he will take an appropriate decision. I’ll inform you after I receive letter from governor. I have requested him to allow me to form government and let me take oath as Chief Minister”.
Meanwhile, the Congress-JD(S) combine has said that it has the numbers and will form government. Congress has extended unconditional support to JD(S).
