West Bengal: Man molests Class 5 girl; offers Rs 100 to keep quiet

A West-Bengal man named Rafikul Islam, was arrested for molesting a Class 5 student. Islam is further said to have tried to buy the girl’s silence by offering her Rs 100 to keep quiet about the incident.
