In an interview with Femina, Sunny Leone shared her insight on surrogacy, motherhood and facing challenges. She has three children, one daughter and two sons.

She spoke about wanting to start a family and how she only wanted to get one child via surrogacy and wanted to carry another child when she was ready. But they ended up getting three with one adoption and two surrogate children.

She said how hard it was to try for surrogacy when the surrogate mother lost the pregnancy and how long they struggled to concieve a child.

She also spoke about how she was visiting an orphanage and ended up adopting Nisha, her first daughter.

She also spoke about how people are spreading negativity and she can't control what they speak but she can filter out the negativity and won't read them.

She also spoke about the challenges of motherhood and how she gets little sleep, but she said that she wouldn't sleep if it meant seeing her child smile.
