VISUALLY IMPAIRED RAPE SURVIVOR IDENTIFIES ACCUSED BY VOICE

According to reports, a 20-year-old visually-challenged woman, who was raped in central Delhi's Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, identified the accused by his voice. On May 4, when her mother had gone out to fetch water, two men forcefully took her from her home to an unoccupied room in the neighborhood and allegedly raped her. A third man joined the two accused.

Reportedly, she identified one of the accused by his voice. The other two are under hiding and police are investigating further to nab them too.
