Utkal Express derailment: At least 20 injured

14 bogies of Haridwar bound Utkal Express train derailed near Khatauli railway station at around 5:50 PM. Reports suggest that 20 people dead and 81 people are injured, no causality has been reported yet. Apparently, the ATS team has reached the spot to inspect 'foul play'. Rescue operations are allegedly going on, and inured people have been rushed to a near-by private hospital.
