A 15-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a five-men group on July 30 at Punhana in Haryana.
The girl’s father registered a complaint with Punhana Police on Monday after she unfolded the incident. A medical examination was conducted and her statement was recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC at the Nuh court on Tuesday.
The girl, in her statement, said an acquaintance along with his two friends abducted her to an isolated location before raping her. He then threatened her with a countrymade pistol, against disclosing the incident to anyone. When she asked two other men passing by in a car to drop her home, they also raped her and left her on the outskirts of the village.
The father said he found her near their old house during the early hours of July 31. She did not say whatever happened at first. But after repeated requests from her mother, she revealed the reason for her trauma.
The accused were filed under Sections 34 (common intention), 363 (kidnapping), 366A (procreation of minor girl), 506 (threatening for life) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POSCO Act.
