TEA SELLER’S DAUGHTER SELECTED IN FLYING BRANCH OF IAF

A 24-year-old woman, daughter of a tea seller in Madhya Pradesh, has been selected in the flying branch of Indian Air Force. Aanchal Gangwal from Neemuch district was among the over 6 lakh students appeared for the exam.
Reportedly, Aanchal was among the 22 selected from across the country and the only one from the state. Her father, Suresh Gangwal, runs a tea stall at the Neemuch bus stand. Now proud man, Suresh says that he took a loan to send his daughter for coaching in Indore.
Aanchal, who stands at 5 foot seven inch, says that he wanted to join the Air Force after the impressive rescue works carried by IAF during Uttarakhand floods when she was in class 12. She was quoted as saying, “I always knew that I had it in me to make it.”
